We request a $300 deposit to hold your reservation, you may use PayPal
to pay this online using your credit card, debit card or bank account. The
balance is due before your arrival but you may pay the full balance up
front it you wish to do so.
CANCELLATIONS
If you decide to cancel your reservations, you must do so at least 30 days
prior to your arrival date so that we may have time to try to re-rent the unit
to someone else. If we receive your cancellation request within this time
frame and are able to rent the unit to someone else for the exact time
period that you would have rented it for, we will refund your deposit less a
ten percent processing fee. If we do not receive your cancellation request
within this time frame or the unit is not re-rented, then your$300 deposit
will not be refunded
There will be no refunds for inclement weather or early departure.
If at the end of your stay you decide you would like to stay longer and we
do not have guests arriving the following days you may do so just be sure
to call and confirm first.
We want to do our best to make your stay with us an unforgettable one.

The guests are expected to respect the property and the neighbors by not
engaging in any illegal activity and keeping noises and/or distractions
down after 11:00 p.m.
In the event that you/your group act against any of the rules described,
you may be asked to leave immediately and there will be no refunds for
your early departure. If you cause damage/s to the property, you
(responsible party) will be charged for having it restored to its original use.
We reserve the right to enter the premises to make repairs and do
maintenance for which we are responsible for as needed.
